Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Location: Virginia Energy Big Stone Gap office, 3405 Mountain Empire Road, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219. 1. The Board will review/approve the remote attendance resolution(s) for any board member (s) that will be attending the meeting remotely.

2. The Board will receive public comments.

3. Keyrock Energy, LLC, will report to the board revisions made to the AFE regarding unit Honey Camp # 1, Docket Number VGOB 23-1219-4279-01. The docket item was previously approved at the July 2025 meeting.

4. A petition from EnerVest Operating, LLC, for re-pooling under the Nora Coalbed Gas Field. Unit VC-504365. Docket Number VGOB 23-0418-4261-01.

5. A petition from Diversified Production to transfer the right to operate all units listed in the petition that were established by Board Order from Summit Appalachia Operating, LLC, to Diversified Production. Docket Number VGOB 25-0819-4319.

6. A petition from Pocahontas Gas, LLC, for re-pooling under Oakwood Coalbed Methane Gas Field II. Unit G39. Docket Number VGOB 06-0221-1577-02. Continued from July 2025.
