    IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that the Respondents served herein are a foreign corporation and a nonresident individual, respectively; that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Legacy Hill Resources, LTD, whose last known address is 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX; and Duraisqamy S. Rajan, whose last known address is 5 The Porticos, Kings Road, London, United Kingdom, SW3 5UW, it is hereby 

      ORDERED that Legacy Hill Resources, LTD and Duraisqamy S. Rajan appear on or before July 28, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
