Haysi-Clinchco Lions Club members take to the river and riverbanks Saturday as their fund-raising ducks approach the finish line. Who were the big winners?The first duck to cross the finish line belonged to Doris Rife, netting her a $250 prize. The second place winner was Kyle Fleming, who won $100. Third place winner was Pat Slemp, fourth was Shelton Vieau and fifth was Gay Counts, each of whom won $50.
