Firefighters in the Clintwood Fire Department with certain special certifications earn the privilege of having their face shields personalized with their names on labels that glow in the dark. This new face shield sports the well-known name of Billy Hylton, the longest serving Clintwood fire chief, holding the position for almost 30 years.
