The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Dickenson, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Dickenson, Virginia, de-scribed as follows:

Tax Map No. 00779

Account No. 5106

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Dickenson County, on Hill Ridge, and better known among on the Tax Rolls as Tax Map Number 779 (Account Number 5106).

Being a portion of the same property conveyed to Mary Jane Hill by Deed from Burney H. Hill, dated January 18, 1955 and recorded among the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Dickenson County, Virginia on January 18, 1955 in Deed Book 108 at Page 313.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 89 at Page 553, Deed Book 111 at Page 96, and Deed Book 203 at Page 498.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Mary Jane Hill, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is Rt. 1 Box 362, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; Tex A. Hill, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Autra Naomi Hill, whose last known address is unknown; Adron Lee Hill, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Juanita Fletcher Hill, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Gary Walker Hill, whose last known address is 216 7th Street NE, Norton, Virginia 24273; Robert J. Hill, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Sue Carol Mooney, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Glenn Taylor Mooney, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Jerry Randall Mooney, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Stephen Douglas Mooney, whose last known address is Post Office Box 1232, Pembrook, Virginia 24136; Ray Canette Hill, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Greta Robinson Hill, whose last known address is unknown; Donna Kay Hill Sproles, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Carlyle Sproles, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Christopher Ray Hill, whose last known address is 15372 Whites Mill Road, Abingdon, Virginia 24210; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before May 13, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Dickenson, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
