ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to quiet title to and establish title in the Plaintiff and heirs of Jetty Hill, Charles Gilbert, Anthony Hill, Oakley Jerome Hill, Ora Hill Mullins to a certain 33 acres tract of land in Willis Magisterial District of Dickenson County, Virginia, further identified as Tax Map 10399 and 17358, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at an agreed corner and running with the road to Jessee Bartley and Tom Rakes corner to a black gum tree and the ridge; thence S 27 E 4 poles to a hickory and dogwood stump; thence S 19 W 10 poles to a chestnut stump; thence S 51 W 19 poles to a dogwood, thence 45 W 27 poles to a spruce pine and beech stump; thence with the meanders of the branch and the branch to an agreed corner in the branch; thence running with an agreed line to the BEGINNING.

An affidavit having been made and signed that there are known Defendants whose addresses are unknown to the Plaintiff and there are or may be unknown parties who have an interest in said tract of land, whose names and addresses are unknown to Plaintiffs, it is hereby

ORDERED that any person who is an heir, representative, devisee, or successor in title to Jetty Hill, Charles Gilbert, Anthony Hill, Oakley Rome Hill, Ora Hill Mullins or any Defendant named herein, and/or any other persons who may, by virtue of inheritance, intestacy, conveyance, transfer or otherwise have an interest in the property, outcome or subject matter which is the subject of this suit appear on or before May 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said land.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Dickenson Star, a newspaper of general circulation in Dickenson County, Virginia.

It is further ORDERED the Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse.
