BETTY JO (ROSE) ERIBARNE

Betty Jo (Rose) Eribarne died peacefully at her daughter’s home in Bean Station, TN on September 6, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Gracian (Rocky) Eribarne; her parents, Desoto and Della (Carty) Rose; grandparents, Lee and Zelphia Carty and John and Sarah Rose; sisters, Faye Butler and Rita Fern Rose; brother, Mack Rose and wife Glenna Mae (Yates) Rose; brother, Jim Rose and wife Sue (Cruise) Rose; daughters, Sherry Simpson and Barbie Nielson; grandson, John Kludt, John and Dora Eribarne, and her cherished companion, Robert E. Cain.
Survivors include daughters, Susan Eribarne, Bean Station, Tn., Adriane Kludt and husband Dennis of Roseville, Ca. and son in-law, Steve Neilson, Napa Ca.; seven grandchildren, Amanda Rae (Bornschein) Trent and husband Carlos Trent, Alex (Bornschein) Rose and wife Tara Rose, Michael Beal and his wife Melissa Beal, Kelly (Beal) Harmon and her husband Mike Harmon, Kevin Kludt and his wife Mary; 5 great-grandsons, Brayden Mack Bornschein, Sawyer Riley Trent, Jon, Carter Jacob, Isaac and Bryan; 9 great-granddaughters, Kennadee, Sofi, Kara, Madison, Isabell, Elena, Adriana, Ella and Lizzy, and brother, D. S. Rose Jr. Sebring., and many special nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
Betty graduated from Dickenson Memorial High School in 1953 with honors. She attended Bowling Green College of Commerce in Bowling Green, Ky., moved to Ca., Va. and Az., where she worked until her retirement in 1996 from Southern California Edison in Laughlin, Nv., then eventually settling down in Rutledge Tn. on Cherokee Lake.
Family graveyard services will be held at a later date at the Rose Family Cemetery on Caney Ridge, Clintwood. With Smith Regan Funeral Home of Rutledge, Tn. and Clintwood Funeral Home of Clintwood, serving the family.
