County: Six cases in a week

Dickenson County reported six new COVID-19 cases between April 4 and Tuesday.
According to the Virginia Department of Health, the county’s total number of cases since the pandemic began was 4,920 as of Tuesday, compared to 4,914 one week earlier.
The county’s number of COVID-19-related deaths remained at 71.
Nearby, Buchanan County’s total number of cases increased by six during the same period, from 6,217 to 6,223. Russell County’s total case count reportedly increased by 14 to 9,607. Wise County’s case count increased by eight to 14,054.
