Family members of the late Judge Henry Vanover unveiled his portrait June 6 in the county circuit courtroom, in front of an audience of attorneys, other judges, court officials and friends. Vanover passed away in April 2020 at 68, after serving as a circuit judge from 2002 to 2018. The Clintwood native also had previously served as county administrator and as the commonwealth attorney.
