JOHN EDWARD ANDERSON

John Edward Anderson, 78, of Goochland, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the Community Hospice House in Chesterfield.

John was the son of the late Corbett and Audrey (Hicks) Anderson.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Paige (Kiser) Anderson; brothers, Clark (Dale) Anderson of Mechanicsvile and Ken (Janice) Anderson of John’s hometown of Haysi; daughter, Michele (Alan) Farren of Chesterfield; grandson, Tim (Ashley) Farren and Justin Farren.

John worked for Woody Funeral Home for many years and had many friends at work. He also had friends who had a love of cars as he did and friends in his neighborhood in Goochland. John loved going to the Anderson Family reunions and his 1961 Haysi High School class reunions.

In keeping with John’s wishes, he will be cremated with no services and visitation.
