VCEDA honors Baldwin’s service

Jim Baldwin, center, was honored Feb. 17 by the Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority for his longtime service on the board. Baldwin recently announced his retirement as the Cumberland Plateau Planning District Commission executive director.
